Greenhill Primary School year 5 students came to visit and excelled in a variety of taster subjects. Mono printing, science, samba and spring rolls were on the menu, as they enjoyed their learning in a high school environment. The day was action packed and left them immensely looking forward to their transition to high school. The Mono Printing was done on the theme of countries and their famous cuisine. The music session focused on Brazil and the joyful Samba. In science they were able to see the wonders of chemistry, by doing a variety of experiments. Experiencing the Discover Science Labs is always exhilarating. They were also able to leave with tasty treats as they created scrumptious spring rolls in food studies. We enjoyed seeing them have such fun learning new things and sharing new experiences.
