Enrichment Units

During the running club sessions students will experience different training methods.  Each of these training methods will help improve different aspects of a students running ability including technique and endurance.

  • Develop cardiovascular endurance.
  • Develop an understanding of training methods.
  • Develop social skills in a sporting environment.
  • Prepare for inter school competition.
  • Improve health and well being.
