There will be a SEND Information Day on Thursday, 6th October from 10am – 2pm in The Elizabethan Suite, Bury Town Hall. This is a free event for parents/carers and professionals supporting children and young people with additional needs – everyone is welcome! There will be information stands from SEND Services and Providers, the launch of the Graduated Approach (toolkit to support settings and schools to confidently identify and support children and young people with SEND) and presentations from the Educational Psychology Services. Refreshments will be available.
Bee Inclusive will be hosting monthly early years sensory sessions at the Bury SEND Hub in Radcliffe for children aged 0-5 with SEND. Sessions will take place on Wednesday 19 October, 16 November and 14 December from 12.30 – 1.15pm and Kelly Judd (Senior Portage Worker) and Laura Trevor (SEND Health Visitor) will be attending the sessions.
